We operate an e-shop on the website www.linagri.cz.

For providing our services and operating our website, we process certain personal data.

The processing of personal data is primarily governed by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (“GDPR”).

Processing personal data when using the contact form

If you inquire about our products and services, we will process the contact data you provide, mainly via the inquiry form. These are: name and surname, email address, address, information about goods.

For what purpose?

To contact you for further arrangements regarding goods and services.

On what legal basis?

Processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – negotiation of a contract or measures taken at your request before concluding a contract.

How long will we process personal data?
If no further cooperation is established, we will process your data for up to one year from our last communication.

Processing personal data when providing services
If you purchase from us, we will process the data you provide, mainly billing data: name, surname, address, email.

For what purpose?
We need to process personal data to fulfill our contract – to deliver our goods or services. We will also use your contact details to communicate about your order status, complaints, or inquiries.

We will further process personal data to comply with our legal obligations (mainly accounting, tax purposes, and complaint handling).

On what legal basis?
Processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – performance of a contract and Article 6(1)(c) GDPR – compliance with a legal obligation.

How long will we process personal data?
During the performance of our service and one year after the last provision of such service or delivery of goods.

Newsletters (commercial communications)
If you are a customer and have not opted out at the time of purchase, we will use your email for sending newsletters.

On what legal basis?
Allowed under Section 7(3) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll. on certain information society services, if you have not opted out.

How long will we process personal data?
One year after your last purchase. You can unsubscribe anytime via email or contact linagri@linagri.cz.

II. Who has access to your data?

our data remains with us. However, some companies or persons assisting us with e-shop operation may access data, such as:

• E-shop platform operator Shoptet (Shoptet a.s., Dvořeckého 628/8, Břevnov, 169 00, Prague 6, Company ID: 28935675, registered at the Municipal Court in Prague, Section B, Insert 25395)
• Companies involved in goods dispatch
• Companies involved in payment processing
• Email service providers

Personal data are processed only within the European Union.

III. What else you should know

Our company does not have a designated Data Protection Officer.

No decisions are made based on automated processing or profiling.
